  1. DISCLAIMER - AGREEMENT

  3. Users of !TxAnalyse must accept this disclaimer of warranty:
  4. "!TxAnalyse is supplied as is.  The author disclaims all
  5. warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation,
  6. the warranties of merchantability and of fitness for any purpose.
  7. The author assumes no liability for damages, direct or conse-
  8. quential, which may result from the use of !TxAnalyse."

  10. !TxAnalyse is a "shareware program" and is provided at no charge
  11. to the user for evaluation.  Feel free to share it with your
  12. friends, but please do not give it away altered or as part of
  13. another system.  The essence of "user-supported" software is to
  14. provide personal computer users with quality software without
  15. high prices, and yet to provide incentive for programmers to
  16. continue to develop new products.  If you find this program
  17. useful and find that you are using !TxAnalyse and continue to use
  18. !TxAnalyse after a reasonable trial period, you must make a reg-
  19. istration donation of £12 (UK) or $20 (US) to Martin Carradus.  
  20. The £12 (UK) or $20 (US) registration donation will license one
  21. copy for use on any one computer at any one time.  You must treat
  22. this software just like a book.  An example is that this software may
  23. be used by any number of people and may be freely moved from
  24. one computer location to another, so long as there is no possibility
  25. of it being used at one location while it's being used at another.
  26. Just as a book cannot be read by two different persons at the
  27. same time.

  29. Commercial users of !TxAnalyse must register and pay for their
  30. copies of !TxAnalyse within 30 days of first use or their license
  31. is withdrawn.  Site-License arrangements may be made by con-
  32. tacting Martin Carradus.

  34. Anyone distributing !TxAnalyse for any kind of remuneration must
  35. first contact Martin Carradus at the address below for authorization.

  37. You are encouraged to pass a copy of !TxAnalyse along to your
  38. friends for evaluation.  Please encourage them to register their
  39. copy if they find that they can use it.  All registered users
  40. will receive a copy of the latest version of the !TxAnalyse
  41. application.
